We offer three different cleaning frequency options: weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly. If you require something different, let us know and we'll try our best to make it work!
Great question! All keys are etched with a unique code unrelated to your name or address. The keys are then stored in a lockbox, inside of a video surveilled building, only accessible on the day of your cleaning.
Garage/Front door codes are stored within our encrypted app, only available to your cleaning crew when they're schedule to clean your home.
For our teams' safety, you cannot have dogs roaming the home while we're there. We ask that your dog be kenneled, in the yard or inside of a room with the door closed prior to us arriving. If in a room, we will not be able to clean that room. Apologies for any inconvenience.
